ValuePath delivers specialized technical services, which may include:

• Cloud & Container Architecture: Design, deployment, and optimization on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and major hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Security & Secrets Governance: Implementation of HashiCorp Vault enterprise patterns, PKI certificate chains, and dynamic credential lifecycles.
• Advisory & Engineering: Code reviews, infrastructure automation blueprints, and workflow optimizations conducted under formal Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, visual assets, trademarks, software code snippets, architectural frameworks, and documentation made available through ValuePath are the exclusive intellectual property of ValuePath or its licensors.

Clients retain full ownership of their proprietary codebase, operational data, and internal configurations. Deliverables custom-engineered under specific contractual SOWs are licensed or transferred to the client in accordance with the terms explicitly defined within those agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ValuePath shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with the usage of our website or advisory deliverables, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey and applicable European commercial guidelines. Any formal legal actions or proceedings must be settled through designated courts or arbitration tribunals mutually agreed upon by both parties.
